Location: North WilkesboroJob Summary:
The Toyota Service Advisor at Classic Toyota in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina is a Full Time, individual contributor role in the Auto industry. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Toyota vehicle owners by managing their service needs and ensuring their satisfaction. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between the customer and the service technicians, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are communicated effectively and completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphereListen to customers' concerns and accurately document themUtilize dealership and manufacturer service guidelines to determine necessary repairs and maintenanceCommunicate maintenance or repair recommendations and costs to customersSchedule and coordinate service appointments with customersMaintain accurate records of services, repairs, and customer interactionsManage service technicians' schedules and ensure timely completion of repairsFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concernsHandle customer complaints and escalate as necessaryInform customers of additional services or promotions offered by the dealershipStay up-to-date on Toyota products, services, and promotionsMaintain a clean and organized service reception areaRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, some college or vocational training preferred1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentKnowledge of Toyota vehicles and their service requirements is a plusMust be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of timeMust have a valid driver's licenseAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningEEOC Statement:
