We are a growing independent automotive repair shop in Hubert, NC, looking for an experienced technician who can diagnose problems, perform quality repairs, and take ownership of their work.

This is not a position for someone who needs to be walked through every job. We are looking for a technician who can think, diagnose, communicate findings clearly, and get vehicles repaired correctly.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, cooling, and A/C repairs
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative services
• Use scan tools, scopes, meters, and other diagnostic equipment
• Complete thorough digital vehicle inspections
• Document diagnostic results and repair recommendations clearly
• Verify repairs before returning vehicles to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with the rest of the team to keep jobs moving efficiently

• Proven professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Solid understanding of modern automotive systems
• Ability to work independently and manage jobs efficiently
• Ability to perform major repairs when required
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and work ethic
• Willingness to continue learning
• Pride in producing quality work
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

We want technicians who diagnose instead of guessing. If your first diagnostic strategy is throwing parts at a vehicle until the problem disappears, this probably isn't the shop for you.

$30–$45 per flagged hour, based on experience and skill level.
