This loving family of five resides in Hillsborough, NC. Mom is a stay-at-home parent, and Dad owns a local business. The family seeks an experienced, energetic, and nurturing nanny who genuinely loves working with children. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and patient, with a willingness to help with potty training and light household tasks. A long-term commitment is preferred. Strong references and prior nanny experience are required.

The nanny will primarily care for the 3-year-old and 7-month-old, engaging them in age-appropriate play, developmental activities, and maintaining their daily routines. The 11-year-old is in school full-time.

• Provide attentive, loving care to the toddler and infant
• Maintain daily schedules, including naps, meals, and activities
• Engage children in creative, educational, and age-appropriate play
• Support developmental milestones and positive behavior
• Assist with potty training when appropriate
• Straighten play areas, children’s rooms, and common spaces
• Complete children’s laundry and keep their clothing organized

• Simple vacuuming and tidying of main living areas as needed
• Load/unload dishwasher and wipe down kitchen surfaces after meals
• Restock nursery and household items (diapers, wipes, snacks, etc.)
• Accept and organize household deliveries
• Run occasional errands (grocery store, dry cleaning pickup, etc.)
• Maintain grocery and household shopping lists
• Assist with family scheduling or reminders when requested

The family has biweekly housekeeping services for deep cleaning.

• Driving is not an essential duty
• No transportation of children required except in emergencies
• Vehicle not provided for personal use

Hourly Rate: $25/hour

Paid Vacation: 10 days

Paid Holidays: 6 days
