Construction Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction

American Civil Constructors West Coast LLC, a Mas Tec Company, invites applications for the Construction Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction role. Responsibilities
  • Schedule project activities and track production, inventory, and milestones.
  • Manage subcontracting, purchase orders, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate and supervise varying work schedules (day/night) and crew mobilizations from job to job.
  • Collaborate closely with project owners, prime contractors, inspectors, field engineers, field superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to successfully complete construction projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years project‑management experience in heavy civil construction, preferably involving bridge and/or pavement overlay work; other experience considered.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and employee‑management skills; excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel preferred, Primavera P6 desirable).
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team, communicate clearly (verbal and written), and multitask to meet project goals.
