You'll monitor depth, width, and material flow, and perform pre-trip inspections. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship in outdoor environments.
Requirements include at least 2 years of paving or heavy equipment experience, ability to read grade stakes, and flexibility with hours. CDL preferred and strong reliability are valued traits.
