Rock Creek Grading, LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Bridge / Civil Construction Foreman to join our team.
Requirements & Responsibilities:- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bridge or heavy civil construction
- Experience supervising crews and overseeing daily jobsite operations
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and complete work efficiently
- Must be able to complete accurate daily reports, including labor, equipment, and work performed
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must be reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive jobsite
