** Your opportunity
** We’re currently looking for a CRM Supervisor for our Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging Türkiye. In this position, managing customer interactions, providing excellent service, and fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

You will report to Quality Manager and be part of the Quality team.
** Where you’ll be
** You will be located at our Esenyurt site in İstanbul / Türkiye and you should be within reasonable commuting distance from here.
** What you’ll be doing
*** Managing customer interactions
* Providing excellent service
* Fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
** What you’ll bring to the role
*** Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
* Provide outstanding customer support by actively listening to customer needs, concerns, and inquiries.
* Analyze and resolve customer issues in a proactive and timely manner, identifying root causes and suggesting appropriate solutions.
* Influence and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
* Foster long-term relationships with customers by demonstrating professionalism, patience, and empathy.
* Communicate effectively in both Turkish and English, ensuring clarity and understanding across languages.
* Work closely with other departments (Sales, Operations, etc.) to address customer feedback and improve services.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to track trends and areas for improvement.
