Reservation Crew Members are front-line employees who provide excellent customer service to customers calling or visiting stores to make reservations and to provide general information about all Kitty Hawk Kites activities and recreation. They are knowledgeable about the area and book a range of activities, such as parasailing, dolphin tours, hang gliding, and equipment rentals.

• Provide excellent customer service in person as well as through email, phone calls, text messages, and online chats
• Know and understand KHK’s recreational offerings
• Assist in tasks associated with recreation
• Monitor the Reservations multi-line telephone and voicemail systems
• Ensure the Reservations systems are functioning and interfacing properly
• Diffuse any customer relations issues that arise related to Reservations
• Utilize excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills to promote, inform, and make sales of adventure programs
• Other duties as assigned

• Customer service, communications, social media, or office experience
• Related Reservations experience preferred
• Excellent phone skills and ability to make sales
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Quality customer service skills with an attitude commensurate with the role of making an excellent first impression
• Able to build strong relationships with customers
• Must be a team player
• Able to effectively present information in one-on-one situations with customers and clients
