Wieland is hiring a Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be the primary point of contact for Electronics Cooling customers, the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) delivers outstanding service and support. The responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving. In day-to-day operations, the ISR will prepare quotes, manage order entry, make revisions in SAP, process credit/debit requests, release materials for shipment, and collaborate with the Shipping department.
Additionally, the role will coordinate with Production Control to meet customer requirements. Manages pass-through orders. This role is located in Pine Hall, NC and will be fully on-site.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Issue Resolution
* Investigates and resolves customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
* Collaborates with other departments to ensure comprehensive and effective solutions.Product/Service Knowledge
* Develops a thorough understanding of our products or services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
* Stays updated on product/service features, updates, and policies.Order Processing and Systems
* Assists customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.
* Enters purchase orders into SAP, ensures correct pricing on all sales orders (fabrication and metal values including any additional adders).
* Revises sales orders per customers' request and informs pertinent departments.
* Issues credits and debits for quality and financial needs.
* Files all associated paperwork in SAP with the associated SAP document.
* Collaborates with the planning team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
* Releases material for shipment, coordinates shipments with Production Control and Shipping Department.
* Works with finance to coordinate collection activities and monitoring of outstanding balances.
* Informs Product Management of any part numbers that do not have pricing entered into SAP.Documentation
* Maintains accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Generates reports on common customer issues and feedback for continuous improvement.Communication
* Effectively communicates company policies, procedures, and updates to customers.
* Works closely with other departments across the globe to relay customer feedback and suggestions for improvement.Team Collaboration
* Collaborates with cross-functional and regional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction.
Customer Interaction
* Responds promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
* Builds positive relationships with customers by providing attentive and empathetic assistance.
* Provide quotes to clients based on pricing guideline
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in customer service.
- Ability to clearly and accurately communicate information both verbally and in written form.
- Office environment. No heavy lifting required.
- Daily activities include extended periods of sitting at desk and computer, utilizing computer software, answering phone and servicing customer requests. Daily interaction with a variety of personalities requiring the use of tact, patience and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating within a global team.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Required to work onsite a minimum of 60% at WCP Plant in Pine Hall, NC
- This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR") and the ability to access and handle ITAR "Technical Data" as defined by 22 CFR
