What You’ll DoAs a Domino’s Customer Service Representative, you’ll help create a great experience for every customer. Your responsibilities may include:
- Answering phone calls and taking customer orders
- Preparing pizzas and other menu items
- Helping customers with pickup orders
- Handling cash and other transactions
- Keeping the store clean, sanitized, and running smoothly
- Working closely with your teammates to provide fast, friendly service
We’re looking for team members who are friendly, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Successful CSRs can follow directions, stay organized, work well with others, and provide excellent customer service.
