Prime Source Building Products Inc., one of the nation’s largest wholesale distributors of building supply products, has an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist in our Irving, TX headquarters, in support for Prime Source's Inside Sales Department.
This Customer Service Specialist role will provide the admin support for Prime Source Inside Sales function. Some responsibilities include the following:
- Enters bulk of sales teams will call and warehouse orders ensuring 99.9% order accuracy
- Enters RMA’s into system and coordinates with ops to determine if return is necessary
- Enters Credits into system and coordinates with ops to determine if credit is warranted
- Handles Home Depot and Lowes calls and coordinates with ops when necessary
- Coordinates BMG orders with Territory Managers and BMG support team
- Assists will call customers find the will call office to pick up orders
- Acts as phone tree back up for sales team handling overflow calls and customer service calls
