We are looking for a dedicated professional to assist the dentist in rendering patient care, maintaining inventory control in the operatory rooms, helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, and preparing materials. The successful candidate will provide a warm and calming environment for patients while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality care.

• Assist the dentist in rendering patient care
• Reinforce preventive maintenance instructions to patients
• Seat and prepare patients for treatment
• Tend to the patient during dental procedures, keeping the patient calm and comfortable
• Clean the operatory after procedures and disinfect all areas involved in patient care
• Ready tray set‑ups for procedures and sterilize instruments
• Take preliminary impressions for needed procedures
• Monitor all lab cases and ensure they are ready for the patient’s appointment
• Maintain the office dental supply inventory control system and the lab tracking system
• Follow OSHA & company safety policies & procedures
• Retrieve 5‑Star Google Reviews
• Other duties as assigned

• Professional appearance and manner

• Dental Assistant Certification required
• State of NC X‑Ray Certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 15‑20 lbs
