Collaborator Program

ATÖLYE is building a dynamic pool of freelance collaborators to partner with us on projects that tackle complex, meaningful challenges. We’re especially looking for experienced professionals in experience design, architecture, learning design, project management, branding/marketing, and strategic design—but we also welcome diverse backgrounds across the broader design spectrum.

As a collaborator, you might join us on a short-term project or become a long-term partner—some even transition into full-time roles. What connects us is a shared commitment to designing with purpose, working collaboratively across disciplines, and contributing to a values-driven community.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Fluency in frameworks such as design thinking or human-centered design.
• Ability to take a designerly approach against challenges to be able to quickly ideate, prototype, release, and iterate.
• Ability to comfortably interact in different environments such as in workshops, interviews, meeting settings etc.
• Confidence in communication towards expressing needs, thoughts and concepts.
• Having an optimistic attitude with the ability to embrace ambiguity.
• Willingness to learn and use new digital and physical tools.
• Having an open mind.
• Ability to think critically and produce creative output.
