Location: Gatesville
- Work Dates Needed:
Mondays only, ongoing. - Work Hours:
8am-8pm - Worksite Setting:
School-based Health Center/outpatient and telehealth on-site - Scope of Work:
Family Med. Treating all ages, chronic disease management. Provider will be required to travel to 3 sites all within a close distance - Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC/BE, NC active license, BLS, PALS, DEA. Must be local, no travel. Must have current Medicaid and Medicare enrollment. No prior background issues.
