• Academic Affiliation:

  • Hold an academic appointment with East Carolina University, contributing to the growth and development of neurology residency programs.

• Advanced Technology:

  • Work with cutting-edge technology, including Gamma Knife, Neuro Blate, and RAPID.

• Procedural Expertise:

  • Contribute to over 600 endovascular procedures annually, covering Subarachnoid coilings.

• Surgical Cases:

  • Participate in over 1000 neurological cases annually, encompassing complex spine and brain tumor resections.

• Stroke Admissions:

  • Manage over 1500 annual admissions, with stroke as the primary diagnosis.

• Becker's Healthcare Recognition:
  • Be part of a program nationally recognized by Beckers Healthcare as a top 100 program for neurosurgery.

• Fellowship Training:

  • Fellowship trained in neurocritical care medicine.

• Clinical Skills:

  • Possess knowledge and practical skills in neurologic diagnosis, neurotrauma, stroke management, invasive monitoring, intra-cranial pressure management, and ventilator and hemodynamic management.
