Seeking a Surgical Pathologist for regional hospital coverage.
- Perform a variety of surgical pathology duties, including GI, GYN, skin, prostate, and breast biopsies and resections.
- Conduct peripheral blood smear reviews and semen post-vasectomy analysis.
- Handle cases with no after-hours frozen sections and minimal clinical calls.
- Work Monday to Friday, managing an average caseload of 25-35 surgical cases per day.
- Provide vacation coverage within a hospital setting.
- Experience in surgical pathology, including biopsies and resections.
- Ability to review blood smears and perform semen analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Manage a diverse surgical pathology caseload efficiently.
- Collaborate with hospital staff and ensure quality diagnostic services.
- Utilize online portals for assignment details and documentation.
