Urologist Surgeon

Our client in North Carolina is seeking a Urologist for a 40-day assignment starting September 8, 2024. The role involves intermittent 24-hour call coverage and focuses on advanced urological duties, including surgical procedures, innovative therapies, and inpatient rounding. The physician will utilize advanced techniques such as robotic surgery and MRI Fusion Prostate Biopsy to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Practice Info

• Setting:
  Inpatient
• Patients per day: 0-8 on average / IP rounding expected
• Staffing Mix: 2 PAs, 1 RN, 1 other urologist

• Providing advanced treatments like Axonics Therapy for overactive bladder and MRI Fusion Prostate Biopsy
• Vasectomy
• Transrectal Prostate Ultrasound Biopsy
• Prostate Cancer Treatments

• Simple Bladder Tumor Removal
• Bladder Cancer Treatments
• Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation (PTNS) for overactive bladder
• Axonics Therapy for Overactive Bladder
• Bulkamid for Stress Urinary Incontinence
• Bladder Stimulation
• Cancer
• Kidney Stone Treatment
• Minimally Invasive Surgery
• MRI Fusion Prostate Biopsy
• Robotic Surgery
