Location: New Hill
is seeking a Family Medicine clinician to provide geriatric care across four nursing home facilities in North Carolina. You will perform comprehensive visits, H&Ps, and priority federally mandated visits, with a patient load of 20-25 per day in day shifts.
The role requires on-call coverage 5 PM–7 PM with calls routed to APC, and travel between facilities located within close proximity, plus ~40 hours of administrative duties per month across campuses.
