Base pay range
$45.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Shift - 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern time (Monday to Friday). This position is for the Power/Energy division. We are looking for an EHS Training Specialist. As an EHS Orientation Trainer, you will play a critical role in shaping the first impressions and long-term success of our new hires. You’ll deliver engaging, safety-focused onboarding programs that ensure employees are well-prepared, confident, and compliant from day one.

Your expertise will help foster a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement across the organization.

• Facilitate onboarding training sessions for new employees, both in classroom and hands-on environments.
• Create new and update existing training material, manuals, and presentations to align with current safety standards and company policies.
• Conduct evaluations to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department leaders and onboarding/training coordinators to tailor onboarding experiences to specific roles and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety requirements.

• OSHA 30 Authorized Trainer (Construction)
• 3–5 years of experience delivering classroom-based training
• 3–5 years of experience in training content development
• 1–2 years of hands-on training experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for safety and education
• Ability to adapt training styles to meet the needs of different learning preferences
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to continuous improvement and industry trends
