Key Responsibilities- Assist with EHS training sessions, including onboarding safety orientations and refresher courses.
- Conduct production area walkthroughs to identify hazards and report findings; ensure proper PPE use and availability.
- Maintain safety boards, records, and digital files; track incidents, near misses, and first‑aid cases accurately.
- Support audits and exposure monitoring by organizing documentation, scheduling activities, and preparing equipment.
- Attend meetings, document inspection results, and follow up on safety suggestions to promote compliance and awareness.
- 3+ years of experience supporting health and safety programs in industrial or manufacturing environments, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in delivering safety training sessions and clearly communicating procedures to employees and supervisors.
- Strong ability to conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits aligned with identified risks.
- Excellent organizational skills for scheduling, tracking safety activities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA certification required;
Associate degree in Occupational Safety or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Competitive salary and $120,000‑$125,000 annual range.
