Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer who is hiring for a Senior Validation Engineer to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, while working onsite. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in validation processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee validation projects across the site, ensuring documentation and compliance are maintained to the highest standards.

Partner with Engineering, Technical, and Site Validation teams to align activities with the CAPEX Plan and Site Validation Master Plan.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Provide technical guidance during audits and inspections, ensuring readiness for all regulatory markets.

Manage multiple concurrent validation initiatives, balancing resources and timelines effectively.

Mentor and coach team members, promoting consistency and best practices across validation activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Proven track record in validation within pharmaceutical and/or FMCG environments.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, validation standards, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Experience managing validation projects from concept to completion within budget and schedule constraints.

Ability to interpret and apply material properties and manufacturing/processing technologies in validation work.
