$40.00/hr – $50.00/hr

McLeansville NC 27301 – You must work onsite 3 or more days per week.

As a PCB Designer for Undersea Systems, you'll support CCA development for electronics used in high reliability undersea communication systems.

• A minimum of four years' experience using Altium for PCB design.
• Experience with Altium Designer 27 or Altium IPC footprint and schematic generators.
• Experience with library management practices in Altium or Xpedition.
• Knowledge of PCB layout tools from the Mentor Graphics suite (xDM, Xpedition, DXdatabook, Board Station, Hyperlynx).
• Experience with schematic capture in Xpedition and Altium is valuable.
• 3D modeling in Solidworks, NX, or CREO.
• Experience with Footprint Expert.
• Circuit design and hands-on prototyping experience.
• Basic knowledge of IPC and manufacturing standards.
• In-depth knowledge of CCA fabrication techniques.
• Ability to communicate with suppliers when asked to provide clarification on design documentation packages.
• Bill of material parts lists.
