JR 275811.Prepare Order related BOM for seal, spare and repair kit.
2. Preparation of part drawings, Customer submission drawings pre-order drawings for KSB/ Non-KSB Seals.
3. Co-ordination with Design department for drawings, technical consultation for retrofit as well as new Business.
4.Evaluation of ideas and requests for Seal Modifications. Based on feedback from Market & / Product Management for required modifications.
5. attend / Resolve site complaint jointly with Service team.
6.Maintain Material master data in SAP for seal and its subcomponents.
7. Perform Design Calculations for Mechanical seal.
8. Support for timely execution of orders.
9. provide technical support to Supplier, approve drawings for Bought out items.
10.Travel to the Customers sites as per the requirement.
11. Interact with sales, Product management team for improvements.
12. NABL Calibration of All Measuring instruments of SES once in year.
13. Instrument Insurance validity monitoring and renewal work of all measuring instruments of SES.
