The Server Manufacturing Engineer will lead and optimize server production operations, ensuring high-quality output, process efficiency, and alignment with global manufacturing standards. Responsibilities include process design, production planning, quality control, equipment management, cost reduction, technical support, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency.
• Manage production schedules and resource coordination effectively.
• Implement quality control procedures and analyze production data to ensure high-quality output.
• Select, install, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to maintain seamless operations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce production costs.
• Provide technical expertise and resolve production issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and production personnel to achieve project goals.
• Utilize engineering knowledge to understand manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills for data‑driven decision-making and root cause analysis.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Manage projects within deadlines and budgets, ensuring successful project execution.
• Demonstrate proficiency in CAD/CAM, data analysis tools, and relevant software.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in server manufacturing or technical production.
• Proficiency in process design and production planning.
• Strong experience in quality control and equipment management.
• Ability to identify cost‑saving opportunities and provide technical support.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
• Project management skills to handle deadlines and budgets.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM, data analysis tools, and relevant software.

• Leadership experience in cross‑functional and cross‑geographical projects.
• Experience with Linux systems, server hardware, and enterprise fulfillment operations.

The pay range for this position is $ - $/yr.
