You will lead the engineering and maintenance function, drive World Class Manufacturing maintenance strategies, and develop strong teams to support 24/7 operations and safety, quality, and business objectives.
You will partner with Production, EHS, Quality, and Corporate Engineering to improve asset performance, manage capital projects, and sustain continuous improvement across the site.
