• With the growing calls, we are seeking professional, no drama, responsible and organized office staff to be a part of our team.
• Book all calls that come in and dispatch calls out.
• Remind and follow up on client callbacks, addressing any issues in a respectful manner.
• Show empathy through the phone.
• Maintain a professional over the phone voice.
• Collaborate with co‑workers; there is no “I” in TEAM.
• Communicate all issues, needs, etc. to your supervisor as they arise.
• Typing speed of minimum 50 words per minute.
• Book a call by gathering required information within a 3–4 minute time frame.
• Multi‑task efficiently.
• Punctuality and attendance are essential; no tardiness or absences.
• Display professionalism in work ethic, mannerisms with co‑workers, attitude toward clients, and maintaining a professional image through proper attire.
• Our company is open 24/7; office hours are 8am‑5pm, Monday through Saturday. You will be responsible for most Saturdays once trained.

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
