Plant Controller

Our Kforce client, a well-established manufacturing company located in Saint Pauls, NC seeks a Plant Controller to join their company. This position is scheduled as On-site.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations and performance of the company
• Prepare and present financial statements
• Develop and manage the annual budget, operational capital and project budgets
• Conduct forecasting to provide updates on financial performance
• Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures
• Oversee inventory and ensure accurate reporting of inventory levels
• Develop and track operational and financial KPI's
• Work closely with management, operations and other departments to align financial goals
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or MBA preferred
• A minimum of 7 years in a finance or accounting managerial role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP systems, QAD, and Hyperion is a plus
• A strong understanding of GAAP, financial performance drivers, accounting principles, internal controls, and financial systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to research, organize, and analyze complex data
