Tax Professional

• Tell clients about the tax process and what the deadlines are to make sure everything gets turned in on time
• Handle tax filings in an organized, secure manner to ensure each client’s privacy is protected
• Advise the client on tax planning steps they can take to ensure they fulfill all tax obligations and continue to pay the minimum amount of taxes in the future
• Set up meetings with clients to provide a consultation and a price quote
• Check each tax form for accuracy and tax compliance

• Experience with CCH Axcess Tax is a plus
• 3-5 years of tax preparation experience with 1040, 1120S and 1065.
• Must have a college degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field
• Experience handling both basic and advanced levels of tax service, and has in-depth knowledge of the tax code, state tax laws, and federal tax laws
