Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance the goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer, using everyday language.
• Use our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities and commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
