** Responsibbilities
* ** Provides courteous and professional service to all customers.
* Performs teller transactions such as withdrawals, deposits, transfers, payments and cash advances, with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintains cash drawer limits and balance daily.
* Opens new deposit accounts.
* Assists safe deposit box customers.
* Completes service requests such as address changes, adding signers, ordering checks and closing accounts.
* Informs customers of self-service options and demonstrate digital banking products to customers.
* Identifies potential fraud or risky deposits and take the appropriate action to prevent loss.
* Researches and reconciles outages and operational errors.
* Assists with administrative and other bank-related activities while not assisting a customer. These tasks could include those assigned by your supervisor or by Operations, Finance or Marketing.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.
* Complies with all applicable banking regulations and BSA/AML program, requirements and controls.
* Complies with all department and Bank policies and procedures.
