• Build strong relationships with bankers, realtors, builders, and the community to attract new business.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure seamless transactions with borrowers, providing the highest level of service throughout their mortgage journey.
• Counsel borrowers, explaining the pros and cons of different loan products to determine the best fit.
• Ensure all origination activities are compliant with state and federal lending laws.
• Maintain strong understanding of company loan policies, guidelines, federal and state regulations.
• Maintain an active MLO license with the NMLS and state; follow all requirements of the SAFE Act.
• Demonstrate excellent customer/interpersonal service skills and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Work effectively in a time‑sensitive environment to meet strict deadlines.

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 1 year of self‑generating mortgage lending experience.
