Location: Coats

Role Purpose

  • Perform accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
  • Support the company in optimizing financial transactions and systems.
  • Comply with group policy and local financial requirements.
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payment.
  • Assist in clarifying and improving the accounts payable process.
  • Support providing data and financial insights to senior management for decision‑making.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
  • Manage accounts payable, including comparing purchase orders, prices, and payment terms.
  • Obtain proper information, data, and documentation regarding invoice payments.
  • Ensure timely payment.
  • Reconcile the AP book at month end.
  • Solve invoice discrepancies and issues.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure payment terms agreed with vendors match those in SAP.
  • Control and manage e‑invoices and contracts (hard copy & soft copy).
  • Review all travel expenses on Concur and support documents for staff to ensure compliance with company policy and tax regulations.
  • Record tax costs for import/export declarations and track import tax refunds.
  • Verify documents and obtain approvals before transferring to manager for payment approval.
  • Produce KPI reports for other departments and provide HY branch reports to Industrial Park management accurately and on time.
  • Maintain fixed asset register and process additions, transfers, and disposals at the HY site; coordinate physical verification.
  • Support P2P and R2R teams when needed.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders (oral and written).
