Summary:
The Staff Physical Therapist provides patient care assessment and treatment. Identifies, plans, and participates in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease/prevent deformity. Responsible for mentoring therapists, assistants, technicians, and students. Collaborates with other healthcare team members and physicians in a multi-disciplinary fashion to deliver the highest quality of care. Participates in CQI activities. Facilitates the provision of excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care assessment and treatment; identify, plan, and participate in rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity.
- Mentor therapists, assistants, technicians, and students.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members and physicians in a multi-disciplinary fashion to deliver high-quality care.
- Participate in CQI activities and facilitate excellent customer service.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.

- Current NC Board of Physical Therapy license or eligible.
Skills and Qualifications
- Analytical abilities to delegate personnel, problem solve with positive solutions. Good interpersonal and communication skills required to facilitate interactions with customers and staff members.
