About The Centers

The Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Cleveland, Ohio, with a focus on providing comprehensive care for medically underserved individuals in our community, especially those with mental health conditions and substance use disorders. In 2026, the Centers, in partnership with Cuyahoga County and the ADAMHS Board, will open a Comprehensive Behavioral Health Center, including a Crisis Receiving Center, a 3.7 residential treatment program, and Crisis Stabilization Unit, to serve individuals experiencing behavioral health and substance use-related crises.

This will serve as Cuyahoga County’s first 24/7, walk-in behavioral health urgent care and stabilization center, offering people in crisis a safe, welcoming alternative to emergency rooms, jail, or the streets while providing symptom stabilization, connection to community resources and facilitating reintegration into the community.
