• $45.00 to $52.00 hourly

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations (every 30 days at minimum), modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state assigned.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program as set by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• One year of related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care to ensure sufficient knowledge and skills for safe patient care.
• If less than one year of experience, approval from regional clinical leaders is required along with appropriate mentoring and/or participation in a residency program.
• Current CPR certification.
