• Obtain EKG, vital signs, and general health information for patient charts and prepare patients for provider visits.
• Assist providers with examinations, order placement, and arrange for testing, procedures, and referrals.
• Enter and record patient information accurately in the patient chart.
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and medical equipment.
• Assist with patient calls, prior authorizations, medication refills, and other duties as assigned.

Graduate of an accredited program for Certified Medical Assistants/Registered Medical Assistants, or possess an LPN license, or be a NC Paramedic/AEMT. Prefer at least one year of clinical experience in a physician office setting.
