Morning hours

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children in an in‑home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET).
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same‑day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.

• Must be a motivated team player, exercising patience/professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must have verifiable work references and pass a background check.
• Minimum of 6 months experience utilizing ABA therapy, working with individuals with autism in a supervised setting (preferred).
