Role Overview
Bright Star Care of Asheville, NC is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for in-home care for seniors and older adults. Flexible schedules, competitive pay, and a supportive environment.

- Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
- Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits
- Assist with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care and document observed changes to the Director of Nursing
- Current CNA certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver
- High school diploma or GED
- Current Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Licensed driver with reliable automobile and proof of insurance
- Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively
- Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; lift up to 50 pounds
