Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our team. The Team Member will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, and emotional support to our clients in the comfort of their homes or care facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine desire to help others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various situations.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide assistance with mobility, transferring, and positioning
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client’s condition
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
