Location:
Raeford, NC
Hours:
Monday–Friday 6:30–8:00 am, 6:00–9:00 pm
- Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children in an in‑home setting.
- Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
- Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET).
- Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
- Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same‑day SOAP notes.
- Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
- Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
- Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
