Job Title:
Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Paid training provided.
Location:
Murphy and surrounding areas (Hayesville).
Pay: $1,000 signing bonus & weekly pay.

What You Will Do
As a DSP, you are the heart of our mission—empowering people. Your core responsibilities include:
- Empowerment & Personal Care:
Providing respectful, hands‑on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, grooming, and meal support. - Behavioral Support & Advocacy:
Serving as a compassionate partner, executing positive behavioral support, following person‑centered plans, and de‑escalating situations. - Community & Integration:
Bridging to the community—supporting individual goals, transportation to appointments, hobbies, and community‑based jobs. - Health & Wellness:
Administering medications, assisting with mobility, and preparing nutritious meals.
No professional experience is required. We believe in hiring for heart and training for skill.
What We Require (Must‑Haves)- A compassionate, patient, and encouraging attitude.
- 18 years old or older.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Experience as an unpaid family caregiver—skills in scheduling, advocacy, and care will be honorably recognized.
- Experience as a DSP, PCA, HHA, or CNA is a major plus.
- Experience supporting individuals with IDD, autism, or behavioral support needs is highly valued.
Entry level.
