In‑Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Aberdeen, NC delivering one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children in their homes under supervising BCBA. Work helps children build essential skills and achieve greater independence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes
- Use data‑driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change
- Collaborate closely with families to align therapy with real‑life goals
- Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR)
- Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team
- Active RBT certification or 40‑hour course certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with children across different ages and abilities
- TRICARE certification
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
