Location: Goldsboro, NC

Wayne Health Urological Associates, a well-established and growing urology practice, has been serving the Goldsboro, NC community for over 30 years. We are seeking a dedicated NP or PA to join our dynamic team.

  1:5 shared call rotation with an affiliated two-physician group in Kinston, NC.
• Hospital Coverage: Primary hospital: UNC Health Wayne (formerly Wayne Memorial Hospital);
  Additional call coverage: UNC Health Lenoir in Kinston, NC.

Support System: Skillful clinical and administrative staff

Hospitalist Support: In-house hospitalist service available

EMR: EPIC

• Provide APP-level clinical care in Urology settings under UNC Health and affiliated practices.
• Collaborate with two experienced Urologists and support staff to deliver patient-centered care.
• Participate in clinic duties, patient evaluations, and follow-up care.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination of care with hospitalist services and EPIC EMR.

• Licensed NP or PA in North Carolina (or eligible).
• Interest or experience in Urology preferred; new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• EMR experience (EPIC).
• Board certification if required by the Department; DEA registration.
• Completion of an accredited graduate-level APRN or PA program.

• Education Requirements: Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
• Liscensure/Certification: Licensed as an APRN/PA in North Carolina; board certification as required; DEA.

  Demonstrated clinical competency, leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, accurate medical documentation for billing.
