Registered Behavior Technician; RBT — In-Home Client — Creedmoor, NC;

We provide compassionate ABA therapy to help children with autism develop independence, communication, and confidence. We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a client in Creedmoor, NC (27522).

This role works Monday–Friday from 9:00am–5:00pm. Team members working 30+ hours per week are considered full-time.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and record session data
• Support communication, social, and daily‑living skill development
• Assist with behavior‑reduction strategies
• Collaborate with the BCBA and caregivers
• Participate in supervision and professional development

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification — required
• Experience working with children with autism preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation to Creedmoor, NC
• Ability to be active during sessions (standing, kneeling, bending, lifting 25–50 lbs)
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks

• Pay range: $22–$27 per hour (based on experience & certification)
