Job Description:
- Administers practice policies and procedures consistently and timely.
- Ensures financial performance of practices by maintaining budget expectations and accounting for variances.
- Coordinates functions of assigned practices including information systems, accounting, HR, payroll, materials management, engineering, and support services.
- Compiles statistics for practices, including patient encounters.
- Develops and updates personnel policies.
- Manages functions of physician practices including employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training.
- Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
- Evaluates subordinates’ performance and recommends personnel actions.
- Assists supervisory personnel with merit increases, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
- Screens, interviews, and hires qualified applicants.
- Designs, recommends, implements, and assists in orientation programs.
- Maintains accurate personnel records for all staff.
Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s (Required)
Pay Range: $80,316.11 - $
