Eventus Whole Health delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide mental health services following Eventus Whole Health site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine related to long-term care facilities.
Quality/Compliance- Deliver high-quality clinical care for adult psychopathologies
- Maintain independence in practice while collaborating with a psychiatric team of MDs, PMHNPs, NPs, and PAs
- Receive supervision from a psychiatrist focused on mentorship and training, including monthly case conferences, journal reviews, and meetings
- Collaborate with primary care providers and psychotherapists; patients will have access to weekly psychotherapy sessions
- Work with a medical assistant partner for scheduling, charting, and administrative support
- Utilize an integrated EHR system for all services

Education:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution with a valid state license to practice medicine; all certifications must be current
- Alternatively, graduation from an accredited physician assistant program, passing the national certification exam, and holding a valid state Physician Assistant license; specialization in geriatrics, family, or psychiatry is preferred
