Join PORT Health as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower individuals  intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Plymouth, NC and surrounding areas.

Part‑time afternoon shift. Regular local community travel. Compensation: $15.00 per hour.

• Provide care in the home and community of the individual.
• Assist with everyday tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, and employment support.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Help plan and organize their schedule.
• Maintain daily documentation and reporting in the electronic health system.

• Experience:
  
  entry‑level. On‑the‑job training provided.

• Technology: proficiency with EHR systems or willingness to learn.
• Transportation: reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
