Always Best Care Senior Services – WNC is actively hiring reliable, compassionate caregivers to support seniors in the comfort of their homes. If you are looking for meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team culture—we’d love to meet you. Job types:
Full-time 32-40hr/week, Part-time 16+ hr/week.

Caregiver responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with transportation and errands
• Support with toileting and personal care

What we’re looking for:

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background and reference checks
• Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
