Responsibilities

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision.

Assist patients with activities of daily living and functional tasks.

Guide therapeutic exercises and activities to improve independence.

Observe and report patient progress to the Occupational Therapist.

Complete timely and accurate documentation.

Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.

Support interdisciplinary care planning and treatment goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.

Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice.

New graduates welcome to apply.

Experience in rehabilitation or post-acute care preferred.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by the applicable credentialing organization.
