CT Technologist (Travel Contract)

Clyde, NC | Acute Care

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM | Expected 40 hours/week | On-call rotation a couple of nights per week, rotated among techs

• Perform CT imaging procedures across adult, geriatric, and some pediatric patient populations
• Conduct advanced CT procedures including biopsy, drainage, Coronary CTA, and nerve root blocks, or perform fluoroscopy on the CT machine
• Operate GE CT equipment and document within the Paragon EHR system
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 20–30 patients per tech alongside one additional tech
• Participate in on-call rotation shared with other radiology technologists
• Float to MRI when needed and able

• ARRT registration in Radiography (R) and CT required
• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience
• Ability to perform CT-guided procedures (biopsy, drainage, Coronary CTA, nerve root blocks) or fluoroscopy on CT equipment
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be considered for travel rates

• MRI experience or cross-training for float coverage
• Experience with a broad range of diagnoses and treatment types in a multi-specialty acute care environment

• Work at a Joint Commission Accredited facility with a Chest Pain Center designation, offering exposure to a wide range of specialties including orthopedics, spine, cardiology, general surgery, women's care, ED, and behavioral health
• Located approximately 20 miles from Asheville, NC, near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, with easy access to multiple major cities across the Southeast
